When aged supply lines need full replacement — copper drawn through the wall cavities, every joint torched and pressure-tested at one and a half times working pressure before the drywall goes back. Documented to the millimetre.
Full rough-in and finish plumbing coordinated with the general contractor — schematics drafted for permit, inspections managed, fixtures landed and re-commissioned. The room is signed off by the master on the job, not a sub.
Custom builds and estate renovations — multi-bathroom, multi-storey, with manifold systems, zoned shut-offs, and recirculating hot water designed before the slab is poured. A senior crew is assigned and stays assigned. One signed handover.
