§ I. — The Inspection

The Diagnosticvisit & report

Ninety minutes on site. A senior plumber walks every fixture, scopes the main drain with camera, takes pressure readings at the meter and at the furthest run, and leaves a written report in your inbox by end of day. The fee is fixed before we arrive — and credited toward any subsequent programme should you proceed.

§ II. — The Repair

The Single-Fixtureremedy

The drip you've been listening to. The toilet that won't quite stop. The shutoff that seized last winter. We diagnose the root cause — never just the symptom — and pressure-test the repair before we sign off.

You've chosen the hardware. We make it sit correctly. Faucets aligned to the millimetre, drains levelled, escutcheons true, silicones laid in a single pass. The room comes back commissioned — pressure-tested and ready to use.

§ IV. — The Restoration

Repipes &drain replacement

For homes where the bones are tired. Galvanised, polybutylene, cast-iron drain stacks — we draw the system back to copper or PEX on the supply side, ABS on the drain side. Walls opened cleanly, lines pressure-tested at 1.5× operating, walls closed by our finishing crew.

Rough-in tofinish

A full bathroom or kitchen plumbing programme, coordinated with your designer, GC and tile-setter. We arrive twice — once for the rough-in (inspected and passed before the walls close), once for the finish. The schedule we give you is the schedule we keep.
